The property has an enclosed rear garden with patio area, three large living rooms and a conservatory, and off road parking for three cars. There is a well stocked Spar shop, and pub within easy walking distance, with further restaurants and shops locally. For golf enthusiasts, the Gower Golf Club, with its beautiful views over the Loughor Estuary, is approximately 1.5 miles away, with a further five golf courses within 10 miles.
